Seminar in province in preparation for the General Chapter 2024.

A seminar in preparation for the upcoming General Chapter 2024 was organized at Preriton Ki Rani Sadan, Chanho. The purpose was to emphasize the importance of the General Chapter in the Congregation as well  as to motivate the members about their personal role and responsibilities towards the General Chapter. The theme, Goal and purpose of the chapter, role and responsibility of the members towards the chapter, the election procedures in chapters,  as well as Spiritual Conversation and Discernment ,Rationale of the chapter theme,Evaluation of ministry through SWOT Analysis   were comprehensively presented by  Sr. M.Shobhita Topno, the Provincial Superior, along with the team, including Sr. M. Kavita Joseph

 

The team witnessed active and enthusiastic participation from 115 sisters of both the groups, who engaged wholeheartedly in practical sessions, group discussions, reporting and feedback sessions. These interactive elements facilitated reflection on an individual level, as well as within the context of the community, province, and the broader Congregation.

Through these diverse activities, each member had the opportunity to internalize the theme to contribute their role as a beacon of hope in the vineyard of God. The seminar not only equipped participants with valuable insights but also fostered a sense of unanimity.
